1. Verify Latest Starlink CDRs
Go to the backend URL:
Check the date of the latest Starlink CDRs. These files should arrive daily.

2. If CDR Date is Outdated
Access the email account: cdrs@satellitephonestore.com (Instructions for accessing this email)
Check if Starlink CDR files are present in the inbox (sender is Augustyna Chan from the mailbox: ac@armada.ai).

3. Reporting Issues
If files exist in the email but are not updated in the backend, report this in the general Teams chat Connecta Support+Development.
If no Starlink files are found in the email, also report in Connecta Support+Development.
