A Delivery Manager creates a temporary user for a specific period of time by submitting the following form. After that account is being created automatically and the requester receives credentials on email
After the expiration date, if it is no longer needed, we need to get confirmation of the deletion of a temporary account with a manager who created it.
If the Department is Temporary and there’s no ID, then it’s a temporary account — follow the procedure and ask the DM once a week whether it’s still needed.
The Department and ID will be set if the account is permanent.
In that case, the ticket for the temporary account can be closed.
