Requesting Admin roles

If you need an admin role to work on a ticket you can request it by following these steps:


  1. On this page select the role you need to resolve the issue and click Activate 
  2. You will see the window where you should set for how many time do you need admin privileges, ticket number and explanation what has to be done. After that click Activate
  3. To make it easier to find the proper role, you can find explanation of roles here
